Here at TIM Products “Taste the original country style”, we are manufacturers of continental cakes and pastries. Our main products include traditional Greek cakes which vary from almond shortbread through to baklava and galaktoboureko.

In 1967 it all started with a small cake shop. Due to growth and high demand for our products, we moved to our existing premises in Marrickville, in 1979. Since then updated technology and forward thinking lead us to grow more and more each day.

Our customers include a wide range of business', from corner shops, mixed business' through to supermarkets and Sydney’s best cafes & restaurants.

Our products will also be found in places like Wollongong, Newcastle, Canberra, through to other states like QLD and the NT and several NSW country centres.

Everything we bake is made with authentic recipes. You may find many of our products in other cultures, however our preparation method is traditional Greek, except for our non Greek products.

Our factory has completed renovations and extensions to the existing premises, back in 2001. We have also incorporated a new administrative system that facilitated our HACCP accreditation and premits us to follow the FSANZ Food Safety regulations, up until this day in 2008.
